## About the Role

* NATO Secret security clearance
 * Sound experience with Database management systems (like MS SQL, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) on Cloud and on premisses
 * Sound experience with AWS and Azure environments (IaaS and PaaS services).
 * Experience with VMs, storage accounts, virtual networks and monitoring tools on Cloud.
 * Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
 * Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus)., * Must have excellent spoken and written English communication and presentation skills, as demonstrated by recent experience (within the past 5 years);
 * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users, team members and stakeholders
 * Must demonstrate the ability and self-motivation to work on his/her own but must also work well within groups as part of a team;
 * Must demonstrate an ability and keen sense for problem-solving.
 * Motivated, good communication skills, team player.
 * Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
 * Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization.

## Description

* Administer, configure enterprise-wide cloud environments (MS Azure or AWS)
 * Provide Level 2/3 support for cloud related issues, investigating and resolving operational problems in a timely manner.
 * Provision and maintain VMs, storage on cloud and databases on prem and on cloud, ensuring high availability and performance.
 * Manage and optimize cloud components.
 * Automate the deployment and management of AWS or Azure resources using Terraform, or similar tools.
 * Develop scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate routine tasks, such as instance management, backups, and scaling
 * Perform other duties, as may be required.
