## Description

As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions that support digital transformation across operational and project workflows. You will work at the intersection of machine learning, data science, and modern agentic AI technologies to build intelligent systems that create real business impact. Your mission is to transform business requirements into scalable AI solutions-leveraging LLMs, automation platforms, and low-code agent development environments-and contribute to a robust AI ecosystem aligned with organizational standards and strategy. 1 AI & Digitalization Engineer (m/f/d) for 20h/week
Your Role

 * Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning and AI models, with a strong emphasis on LLMs.
 * Build and deploy intelligent agents using low-code environments such as Microsoft Copilot Studio.
 * Implement automation solutions using platforms such as Power Automate to streamline workflows and integrate AI capabilities.
 * Contribute to high-code AI development using Azure AI Foundry (preferred).
 * Collaborate with data scientists, domain experts, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
 * Ensure high standards of data quality, security, governance, and compliance.
 * Support design of scalable AI architectures, including modular agentic systems.
 * Maintain documentation, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems.
 * Stay up to date on emerging AI technologies and trends
