## About the Role

* 3-5 years experience managing IT projects
 * Knowledge of SAP modules and SAP implementation or roll-out projects
 * PRINCE2 Foundation and/or Practitioner certification
 * Strong stakeholder management skills
 * International or cross-cultural project experience
 * Excellent written and spoken English
 * Agile certification or experience is advantageous
 * Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments is advantageous

## Description

* Manage a portfolio of SAP projects on our current SAP ECC platform, delivering roll-outs and improvements across our sites
 * Manage projects independently from scoping and planning through delivery and closure
 * Define and refine project scope, build work plans and schedules, and secure resources
 * Lead the project team day to day and deliver projects to agreed time, cost and quality
 * Report on schedule, scope, finances and risks to the Project Board, and agree corrective actions
 * Align business and IT stakeholders, manage scope changes, and handle pushback diplomatically
 * Maintain project documentation, track the business case, and manage project budgets
 * Evaluate outcomes, release resources, and produce closing reports
 * Use and promote the PMO toolbox and share learning with the wider team, We are a thriving global manufacturing business with a well-established Digital Project Management Office. This permanent IT Project Manager role is based in South Wales, with hybrid working and approximately one to two days per week onsite; it is commutable from Swansea, Cardiff, Newport and Bristol. Youll join a team delivering SAP projects that support our continued international growth. The role includes a structured handover from an experienced project manager moving to another internal programme, a clear path to Senior Project Manager, and an immediate start option.
