What you will do Pitch and due diligence * Join deal calls once the client brings in IT, security or lawyers. First sales calls happen without you. * Answer technical, security and compliance questions from the trust pack, and add every new answer to it. * Keep every claim true: certified vs in progress, shipped vs planned. * Questions we have heard: "Are you actually SOC 2 / ISO 27001 certified?", "How will you tell us when a sub-processor like Anthropic changes?", "How do you bring HR, ERP, CRM and CAD access under one umbrella?" Access and connectivity * Run the technical questionnaire and maintain the "connector exists / doesn't exist" table for each client. * Get working access fast. Store credentials in 1Password (read-only, IP-locked) and test each key the day it arrives. * Walk client IT through the Google service account and Microsoft app setup. Connect Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, the task tracker, HRIS and DWH. * Record where each deployment runs: a VALIS server or the client's own cloud. * Work through the client's DWH with support from the development team. Rollout * Agree the pilot scope with the GTM Director / Deployment & Advisory Director. A typical first week covers transcripts, notes and sharing, with connectors still off. * Run install sessions, and keep the install guide and FAQ current. * Check the client tenant before users arrive: release version, tenant verification, permissions. Run and support * Own each client's support channel and answer within one working day. * Handle L1 yourself: installation, updates, OS permissions, sign-in. * Handle L2: reproduce the issue, collect logs, and route it to the right product owner with a clean bug report. * Report adoption from the admin console to the GTM lead every week. * Turn repeated questions into the FAQ and, later, into a support agent. Your field notes shape the product roadmap.
