## About the Role

* Strong UX Design experience within consumer-facing mobile applications
 * Outstanding interaction design skills with a focus on user behaviour, journeys and experience architecture
 * Experience designing complex products or services from discovery through to delivery
 * Proven ability to work in ambiguous environments and define experiences where requirements are still emerging
 * Strong systems-thinking mindset, connecting multiple journeys, touchpoints and capabilities into a cohesive customer experience
 * Excellent prototyping skills using tools such as Figma
 * Ability to move between strategic experience thinking and detailed interaction design

Highly Desirable

 * Conversational UX or chat-based experiences
 * AI Assistant, GenAI or intelligent product experience
 * Agentic AI or multi-agent experience
 * Experience designing new interaction patterns and behaviours
 * Exposure to regulated environments such as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare or Government
