* 3+ years' hands-on Azure experience.
 * Strong Azure networking, private/hybrid cloud and security knowledge.
 * Terraform, Kubernetes/AKS, Docker and Helm.
 * GitHub/GitHub Actions, CI/CD and GitOps.
 * Azure PaaS including Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks and App Services.
 * Automation with PowerShell, Python or Bash.
 * Monitoring, logging, DR/HA and cost optimisation.
 * Knowledge of Entra ID/SAML.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder skills.

Desirable: Azure certifications, Ansible, Prometheus/Grafana/Elasticsearch, Checkov/OPA, Agile/DevOps and on-call experience
