## Description

* Provide Level 1 & Level 2 desktop support for end users.
 * Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
 * Support laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
 * Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office Suite.
 * Handle incident tickets and service requests through ITSM tools.
 * Perform software installations, upgrades, and patch management.
 * Support SCCM and Microsoft Intune for device management and software deployment.
 * Coordinate with global IT teams and third-party vendors when required.
 * Maintain asset inventory and documentation.
 * Provide VIP and executive user support as needed.
