## Description

As part of a global SAP SuccessFactors team, you will play a key role in designing and building new SAP Employee Central & Time processes.

This role combines hands-on configuration, solution design, and technical solution architeture.

 * Lead the implementation of new SAP SuccessFactors processes and modules
 * Take full technical responsibility for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Time modules
 * Assist the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with BTP, HCM and SAC
 * Help with solution architecture and providing technical leadership
 * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and plans
 * Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users
