Scripting skills are a plus. * A solid understanding of accounting and finance: journal entries, account matching, VAT, cost accounting and bank reconciliation. You are equally comfortable speaking with a CFO or a developer. * Knowledge of e-invoicing (Factur-X, UBL, CII, PA/PDP, PPF/directory, e-reporting) is a strong asset. * Familiarity with the Sage, Cegid, EBP or mid-market ERP ecosystem is appreciated. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex concepts accessible and manage challenging situations involving multiple stakeholders, and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Autonomy & agility, strong prioritization skills and an appetite for working across an ecosystem of partners, Sales, Product and Support teams dealing with multiple projects/ demands/requests at ones. * Bridge the gap with other product teams: collaboration : navigate through multiple squad * Fluent French and professional working proficiency in English (written communication with Tech teams). Parallèlement, nous aidons les cabinets d'expertise-comptable, en leur permettant de passer moins de temps sur des tâches redondantes et répétitives, et plus de temps sur la partie conseil et accompagnement de leurs clients., * Act as an externalised technical export engaged by our partners in key pre-sales opportunities or transformations to lock Pennylane at Partner or customer site. * Co-lead demos and technical workshops with partners and Sales Account Executives for mid-sized business prospects. * Design integration architectures between Pennylane and the customer's information systems (ERP, CRM, industry-specific tools, PA/PDP platforms, banks) using the API, connectors, SFTP or EBICS. * Respond to security and architecture questionnaires (authentication, SSO/MFA, OAuth2, hosting). Project escalation management * Troubleshoot ongoing integrations: API errors, e-invoicing rejections (Factur-X, UBL, CII, BR-FR rules) and connector configuration issues. * Understand incidents and resolution paths in order to coordinate Support, Product and Engineering teams through to resolution. * Lead follow-up meetings with the end customer and the integrator on critical projects. Ecosystem enablement * Train partners' technical and functional teams on the API, AI new modules and e-invoicing. * Manage beta programs and soft launches with champion partners (selection, training, feedback collection). * Create and maintain reference materials: integration guides, FAQs, use cases and recordings. Representing the partner voice to Product * Communicate structured and prioritized requirements (missing endpoints, feature enhancements, documentation). * Contribute to the quality of the public API documentation. * Keep partners informed about the roadmap transparently. * Analyze the needs of partners and provide effective technical solutions * Ensure that developments meet users expectations * Act as a liaison between partners and internal stakeholders (partnerships, product, sales teams…) * Build and maintain solid tech-relationships with partners * Gather and share partners qualitative feedback with the product team to improve our product and/or our APIs * Identify key uses cases and best practices and work with our Product & API teams to display valuable documentation and help our team to scale. * Be creative to develop content towards Patrners developers and techs (dev toolkit, guidelines etc.), Nous pratiquons de nombreux sports ensemble et avons à cœur de nous réunir régulièrement autour d'événements d'entreprise tels que les Tech Days (qui permettent aux Pennylaners en remote de se réunir tous les 3 mois) ou notre séminaire d'entreprise qui a lieu une fois par an, et qui favorise de grands moments de cohésion pour toutes et tous.
