* Deep FSC expertise (Person Accounts, Action Plans, Financial Accounts, lending/onboarding objects)

Desirable / certifications

Salesforce Application/System Architect or CTA track; FSC Accredited Professional; UK banking/lending experience.

## Description

* Define target architecture and FSC data model (party, application, quote, financial account), favouring out-of-the-box objects.
 * Lead org strategy decisions (new FSC org vs extending existing org), security/sharing model and environment strategy.
 * Design integration patterns with core lending, decisioning, KYC/ID&V, screening and eSign services; set API and error-handling standards.
 * Chair design authority; review and approve HLD/LLD, technical debt and non-functional design (performance, resilience, auditability).
 * Support estimation, solution assumptions and clarification responses; guide the offshore tech lead.
 * Ensure alignment to FCA, Consumer Duty, GDPR and client security/architecture guardrails.
