## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, including 2+ years in Master Data Management (MDM) or data quality.
 * Advanced SQL skills, including hands-on data profiling and reconciliation.
 * Experience with Oracle Exadata and SQL Server databases.
 * Experience with an MDM platform; Ab Initio is preferred.
 * Strong understanding of data governance, ETL, REST API development, OLAP, and data tracking best practices.
 * Experience defining and tuning match, merge, deduplication, and survivorship rules.
 * Experience investigating data anomalies, duplicates, false merges, and data quality issues.
 * Experience documenting data mappings, requirements, data lineage, and acceptance tests.
 * Ability to collaborate with business users, data stewards, ETL developers, DBAs, and data architects.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented Agile environment and manage multiple priorities., * Experience with Denodo.
 * Big data experience with Hadoop or MongoDB.
 * Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud platforms.
 * Experience in regulated industries.
 * Experience building dashboards and reports for data quality, MDM performance, and stewardship metrics.

We are seeking an MDM Engineer / Analyst to support Master Data Management (MDM), data quality, and data governance initiatives. The role focuses on data profiling, match and merge rules, survivorship logic, root-cause analysis, and data integration across multiple source systems to maintain accurate and consistent master data.
