This position supports Microsoft 365 GCC High, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Entra ID, and other CGS SaaS platforms, ensuring applications remain secure, reliable, integrated, and aligned with business requirements. The role requires hands-on expertise in application administration, API integrations, Single Sign-On (SSO), workflow automation, and troubleshooting. The engineer also provides technical support for enterprise application projects, including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, and modernization initiatives. This position collaborates with IT Operations, Security, Compliance, application owners, and external vendors to maintain existing solutions, support project delivery, and address the organization's evolving technology needs., * Design and Development: Build SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, forms, dashboards. * Automation & Optimization: Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and automated processes using PowerShell, Power Automate, and other approved technologies to improve application efficiency and reduce manual tasks. * Application Administration: Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CGS applications, including Microsoft 365 GCC High, SharePoint Online, and CGS SaaS platforms.
