## Description

* Analyse von IT- und Organisationsstrukturen sowie Entwicklung von Transformationsstrategien mit Fokus auf AI- und datengetriebene Use Cases (z. B. in Führungsinformationssystemen, Logistikplattformen, Cyber-Defense)
 * Steuerung komplexer Transformationsprogramme inkl. Integration von AI/ML, Cloud und Software-Defined Defense
 * Begleitung von Change-Prozessen, Moderation von Workshops und Coaching im Kontext von AI-Adoption
 * Sicherstellung von Governance, Compliance und regulatorischen Anforderungen (z. B. VS-NfD, NATO) unter Berücksichtigung von ethischen Rahmenbedingungen und AI-Governance
 * Nutzung von Best Practices (z. B. ITIL, COBIT, SAFe) sowie Ausbau eines Netzwerks im Defense-/Bundeswehrkontext, * Flexible Arbeitszeit- und Auszeitmodelle
