The Business Intelligence Engineer's work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. About Our Team The Provider Intelligence and Claims Analytics (PICA) team is a blend of experts and leaders in various fields of data, analysis, and process improvement, leveraging each others' strengths to take our stakeholders to the next level of business intelligence capabilities. We are a focused, agile, rapid-delivery, full-service analytics consultancy that solves big problems with big impact within the Provider domain. The PICA team provides clarity, insight and transparency to our business partners through consultative engagements that leverage analytics, technology and reporting., The Business Intelligence Engineer will use a variety of tools, technologies, applications and best practices to collect, integrate and analyze an organization's raw data in order to create and present insightful and actionable business information. BI Engineers are expected to understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. BI Engineers make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and should only require minimal direction and guidance while following established guidelines/procedures.
