## About the Role

* Associate's degree in information technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n
 * Two or more years of desktop support or helpdesk experience within a professional business environment.\n
 * Hands-on experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware.\n
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.\n
 * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\n
 * Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships across the organization.\n, * Experience supporting technology within a regulated industry such as banking, financial services, healthcare, or insurance.\n
