## Description

* Ansprechpartner für alle IT-Anfragen und Störungen (Single Point of Contact)
 * Annahme, Klassifizierung und Bearbeitung von Anfragen im Ticketsystem
 * Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Standardanfragen wie bspw. Passwort-Resets, Arbeitsplatzprobleme etc.
 * Qualifikation und Weiterleitung von Tickets an den 2nd-Level-Support
 * Dokumentation von Lösungen und kontinuierliche Pflege der Wissensdatenbank
 * Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von Serviceprozessen und der Servicequalität
