## About the Role

* AI is part of how you work. You use AI to explore ideas, write code and solve problems, while reviewing its output critically and taking responsibility for what you ship.
 * Bring 5+ years of hands-on full-stack JavaScript experience and a proven track record of delivering production-ready applications.
 * Have strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript and Node.js and understand how modern web applications fit together.
 * Know your way around APIs and databases. You have hands-on experience building and integrating REST APIs, working with SQL databases and making sound decisions about data structures and database design. GraphQL is a plus.
 * Care about code quality. You consider architecture, performance, scalability and maintainability, spot edge cases and take testing seriously. Hands-on experience with Jest, Vitest or Node.js testing is essential.
 * Think beyond the code and take ownership. You understand the problem you're solving, can explain your technical decisions and work independently to find the right solution. Experience with AI-first interfaces, agent workflows or natural-language products is a plus.

Bonus: AWS, Jenkins, Grafana, Graylog, Confluence, Jira or shell scripting.
