 * - Hilfe bei der Treiberinstallation und Verwendung unserer CAN- und LIN-Interfaces unter Windows und Linux

 + Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Implementierung unserer Software-APIs unter Windows und Linux
 + Anwendungsunterstützung für unsere CAN-Analyse-Tools wie beispielsweise PCAN-Explorer
 + Analyse und Lösung technischer Probleme in enger Abstimmung mit Entwicklung und Vertrieb
 + Aktive Mitgestaltung der Kundenerfahrung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Supportprozesse
