## About the Role

* Active SC Clearance (current and transferable)
 * Proven experience working on Government/Public Sector projects
 * Strong background in manual and automated testing
 * Experience testing applications developed using Scala and/or Java
 * API testing experience using tools such as Postman or REST Assured
 * Experience operating within Agile/Scrum delivery teams
 * Strong understanding of test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting

Desirable Skills

 * Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar
 * Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
 * Experience with performance and non-functional testing
 * Knowledge of cloud-based environments

## Description

We are seeking an experienced SC Cleared Test Engineer to support the delivery of a high-profile government digital programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of critical public sector services within an agile development environment., * Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts

 * Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
 * Work closely with developers, business analysts, and delivery managers
 * Support the implementation and maintenance of automated testing solutions
 * Ensure quality standards are met throughout the software development life cycle
