 * Erfahrung in Anforderungsanalyse und Backlog-Strukturierung; Workshop- und Moderationskompetenz; Options- und Trade-off-Analysen; Schätzmethoden (z. B. T-Shirt, PERT); PoC- und Demo-Konzeption sowie adressatengerechte Kommunikation.
 * (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, MINT oder vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. äquivalente Berufserfahrung; Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher; projektbezogene Reisebereitschaft.

## Description

* Du setzt GenAI produktiv für Code, Dokumentation und Tests ein, nutzt verantwortungsvoll Agentic-AI-Muster mit Human-in-the-loop und berätst zur sicheren Integration in Daten-Workflows sowie zu messbaren Use Cases
 * Du konzipierst skalierbare Lösungen auf AWS, Azure, GCP sowie Databricks/Snowflake, setzt Lakehouse, Batch/Streaming und den Modern Data Stack gezielt ein und unterstützt Angebotsprozesse technisch.
 * Du modellierst performante Datenmodelle, entwickelst robuste Batch- und Streaming-Pipelines und nutzt SQL effizient für wartbare Abfragen.
 * Du arbeitest mit Git, CI/CD und Tests und verankerst Data Quality, Observability, Kostenkontrolle sowie Security- und Governance-Anforderungen.
