 * Belegbare Projekt-Management-Skills (Zertifikate z.B. IPMA, PMP, Prince2, Six Sigma, Scrum Master)

## Description

* Verantwortung für die Planung, Leitung und Koordination von Software-Projekten bei der Einführung der Insurance Platform

 * Selbstständige Erstellung der notwendigen Projektpläne

 * Präsentation des Projektes sowohl intern als auch bei unseren Kunden

 * Kontinuierliches Controlling des Projektfortschrittes (Projektziel, Timing, Budget, ...)

 * Koordinierung aller involvierten Projektmitarbeiter und -teams

 * IT-Consulting & Anforderungs- & GAP-Analysen erstellen inklusive Abstimmung mit den Entwicklungsteams

 * Direkter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden (auch bei Kunden vor Ort)

 * Übernahme des Account Managements mit Fokus auf Upselling

 * Abstimmung zwischen Delivery- und Platform-Development

 * Weiterentwicklung der Delivery- und Platform-Teams (Scrum, Kanban)
