## About the Role

* 10+ years Front Office application support and vendor management.
 * 8+ years commodity trading/capital markets/investment banking experience.
 * Strong exchange traded derivatives lifecycle knowledge.
 * Python, PowerShell, C#, SQL or similar scripting/programming.
 * 8+ years FIX engineering; exchange/vendor certification.
 * Market data providers and EMS/OMS vendors such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, TT, NYFIX and TradingScreen.
 * Messaging/network protocols such as TCP and multicast; RTDS/kdb/shakti experience highly valued.

## Description

* Proactively manage critical end to end workflows and improve production stability/resilience.
 * Troubleshoot issues across development, support and technical business users.
 * Act as SME for trading system initiatives and support algorithmic trading technology.
 * Participate in global on-call rotation and rapid incident response.
 * Own monitoring, reliability improvements and production issue resolution.
