The Network Administrator work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Network Administrator will also collect and report on current health of the network, identify problem areas, and help ensure the network is in compliance with Humana's policies. Responsibilities Analyzing and monitoring network performance. Providing L3 network support and resolving issues. Configuring hardware and software to optimize network communication. Configure / Deploy / Maintain tools for monitoring and managing network devices. Performing system administration tasks and ensuring network security. Documenting processes and monitoring network performance metrics. Consulting with internal departments and training IT support staff. Keeping up with advancements in network technologies and solutions.
