## About the Role

* 7+ years of Infrastructure Operations experience with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
 * Strong experience in Active Directory administration and Windows Server management (2016/2019/2022).
 * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Administration, Exchange Online, and Group Policy management.
 * Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Windows networking fundamentals, and virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.
 * Experience with incident and problem management, PowerShell scripting, and infrastructure migrations.

## Description

* Provide operational support, administration, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer for a Microsoft-centric infrastructure environment.
 * Manage and support Active Directory infrastructure, including user provisioning, group policies, and access controls.
 * Administer and support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Windows Server environments.
 * Support server health, system performance, and handle operational incidents efficiently.
 * Collaborate with application owners and business stakeholders to ensure infrastructure stability and performance.
