## About the Role

## Description

You'd join a small, lean engineering team as a core, backend-leaning full-stack engineer with real ownership - scaling widely used production services and building new LLM- and generative-AI-driven workflows.

What you'll be doing

 * Build and ship complex backend services and infrastructure that interface with LLMs and generative AI models
 * Own zero-to-one projects end to end, from MVP prototypes to hardened, scalable, secure production systems
 * Help scale existing, widely adopted products as they roll out to more organizations
 * Improve backend architecture, observability, and code quality
 * Work within a flat engineering structure, directly alongside other engineers and the CTO

Tech stack: Python backend; production LLM / generative AI systems, * Work on the leading AI documentation product in home health, already saving clinicians hours every day

 * Ship new generative AI capabilities into real clinical workflows on a weekly basis
 * High ownership on a small, flat team building core systems that thousands of clinicians rely on
