## Description

* Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von HR-IT-Implementierungen im Rahmen nationaler und internationaler SAP SuccessFactors Projekte
 * Technische Betreuung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Moduls Employee Central
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs von SAP SuccessFactors sowie angrenzender Applikationen
 * Überwachung und Betreuung von Schnittstellen zu internationalen Systemen inklusive Fehleranalyse und nachhaltiger Problembehebung
 * Beratung der Fachbereiche bei der IT-seitigen Transformation und der Optimierung von HR-Geschäftsprozessen
 * Ansprechpartner für interne Kunden bei fachlichen und technischen Fragestellungen
 * Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR-Bereich
