This position will require the candidate to work as part of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to design, integrate, debug and test precision guided munitions. Individual technical contributions on a related range of programs will include system development, requirements development, integration & test, and test planning and execution in a field deployment environment., * Lead a medium size team of Systems Engineers on an APKWS development program * Manage all system engineering content and work products * Implement the product development process * Manage Cost and Schedule responsibilities for the systems team * Execute systems planning and requirements development * Create and review systems requirements to include, software, component, subsystem and operational concepts * Allocate requirements to other engineering disciplines * Create system test plans, procedures and reports * Provide oversight to product design, development, integration, and verification * Develop and maintain external relationships with customers, other contractors and government officials * Manage and participate in trade studies, peer reviews, and customer meetings * Prepare and deliver technical presentations both internally and externally with customers * Monitor and report metrics such as System Technical Performance Measures * Support proposal development activities, including proposal text development, cost and schedule estimating, and presentation activities
