## About the Role

Requirements - At least 5 years of hands-on experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, information technology, or a closely related discipline.

 * Hands-on knowledge of access governance, provisioning, access requests, and account lifecycle management within enterprise environments.
 * Experience working with technologies such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, or comparable IAM platforms.
 * Solid understanding of role-based access control, privileged access management, and methods for protecting sensitive or elevated accounts.
 * Familiarity with compliance-focused access reviews, audit support, and documentation practices related to security controls.
 * Ability to analyze access risks, improve security posture, and communicate recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, and coordination of IAM-related activities. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
