## About the Role

* Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI with CI poly (or willingness to obtain a CI poly).
 * Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in a technical support role (additional years of experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree).
 * Demonstrated technical experience with DevOps and strong Linux experience.
 * Open source and custom application deployments and maintenance experience.
 * Capable of working effectively with a geographically distributed ops & development team
 * Communicate effectively with customers and team in written and oral forums
 * Willingness to work 90% or as needed in a SCIF environment in Herndon, VA., * Experience with:
 + Hardware and software sustainment with IC and DoD networks.
 + Distributed processing methods and tools, such as REST APIs, microservices, IaaS/PaaS services.
 + Developing and deploying web services
 + Working with open-source resources in a government computing environment
 * Familiarity with:
 + Hybrid cloud/on-prem architecture, AWS, C2S, and
 + Concepts such as Data visualization; Data management, Data integration, User Interfaces, Databases

## Description

* Leverage Kubernetes to configure, monitor, and maintain this private cloud environment
 * Create and maintain automated, repeatable environment creation and configuration (Infrastructure as Code) scripts using Terraform, Helm, or similar tools
 * Create and maintain automated DevOps pipelines using leading open-source offerings, including ArgoCD, GitLab, SonarQube, ArgoWorkflows, MLFlow, Ray
 * Monitor, Predict, Update, and Resolve issues at all levels, from bare-metal operating systems to deployed applications
 * Oversee and manage compliance to ATO accreditation needs with tuning, patching or documentation.

 * Collaborate with cross functional teams to determine requirements and execute on system integration requirements set by the customer.
