## Description

* Manage Engine programs end-to-end with cross functional teams, build strong alignment between program objectives and company's long-term vision
 * Work with Eng and PM leads to define workflows and scopes of work, milestones and plans of execution in standard documents
 * Contribute to holistic program direction. Identify gaps in the strategy, definition and execution of the end-to-end projects and develop plans for improvements.
 * Enable engineering teams to stay focused on priorities and reliably manage all project phases.
 * Establish and maintain effective cross functional communication and collaboration.
 * Drive the build, release, expansion, and adoption of technologies. Build the task force to automate manual efforts.
 * Constantly communicate the health of program/projects, risks and implications to timelines with technical and product leads, and stakeholders.
