## Description

We are seeking individuals who have an interest in technical problem solving to fill the position of System Design Specialist for our Fredericksburg location. The System Design group plays a key role in growing Kaeser's market share by helping to design compressed air systems throughout the country. Come work with this highly skilled group, who will help train you and prepare you for the next step in your technical career. This is an entry level position.

Duties include

 * Completing energy audits and performing analysis based on field-submitted data.
 * Designing compressed air stations to meet customers' specifications.
 * This includes specifying equipment, creating P&I diagrams, CAD layouts, electrical diagrams, and configuring master controllers.
 * Designing new products, and developing / modifying existing Kaeser products based on market needs and customer requirements.
 * Working with senior personnel for on-the-job training
