## Description

* Als Senior Software Testmanager übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für Softwaretests in Digitalisierungsprojekten.
 * Sie analysieren die Testbedarfe für Softwarelösungen und schätzen den Aufwand für die Testmaßnahmen.
 * Sie erstellen Teststrategien, -konzepte und -pläne.
 * Sie ermitteln die dafür benötigten Ressourcen, koordinieren die Testing-Aktivitäten und führen dabei ein Testteam fachlich.
 * Falls nötig passen Sie den Testprozess an und verbessern diesen.
 * Sie erstellen regelmäßig Test-Reports.
 * Falls nötig unterstützen Sie im operativen Testing.
