## About the Role

* Support strategic ERP roadmap planning, including evaluation of future-state capabilities such as S/4HANA adoption where appropriate.* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
 * 8-10 years of experience leading SAP ERP implementations, administration, or enhancement programs, including at least 5 years in a management or leadership capacity.
 * Background in discrete manufacturing, ideally within a high-tech production environment.
 * Strong working knowledge of SAP modules such as PP, MM, SD, WM, QM, and FI/CO, with SAP MDM experience valued.
 * Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its application within enterprise transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
 * Demonstrated success managing global projects and collaborating with geographically diverse, cross-cultural teams.
 * Excellent analytical, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced business settings.
 * SAP module certification and project management credentials are considered advantageous.

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced SAP ERP Manager to lead enterprise application strategy and delivery for a manufacturing environment in Brooklyn, New York. This Contract position calls for a hands-on leader who can align SAP capabilities with operational, supply chain, and financial business needs while guiding cross-functional teams across complex initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP-driven process improvement, strong stakeholder leadership, and a practical understanding of how ERP platforms support discrete manufacturing performance., * Lead the planning, execution, and ongoing oversight of SAP ERP initiatives that support manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, sales, quality, and finance operations.

 * Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate operational goals into scalable SAP solutions and process enhancements.
 * Direct cross-functional and global project teams, ensuring timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables are managed effectively across multiple workstreams.
 * Oversee the configuration, optimization, and integration of key SAP modules, including PP, MM, SD, WM, QM, and FI/CO.
 * Drive continuous improvement by identifying system, process, and reporting opportunities that increase efficiency, visibility, and business value.
 * Provide leadership to ERP team members and vendors, setting priorities, supporting execution, and promoting high standards of performance.
 * Establish governance practices for project delivery using structured methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, depending on business needs.
