## About the Role

* 7+ years of software development experience
 * Strong Java skills (Java 11 or later), including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data/JPA
 * Hands-on front-end experience with React or Angular, plus JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
 * Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and building microservices
 * Solid SQL skills with Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar
 * Experience with Git, Maven or Gradle, Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools, and Agile delivery
 * Testing experience with JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or similar
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

 * Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
 * Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
 * Messaging tools such as Kafka or MQ

## Description

EXA Technologies is hiring an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to support a leading financial services client in Charlotte. You'll build and maintain enterprise web applications end to end, from Spring Boot microservices and APIs to modern front-end interfaces, working closely with product owners, architects, and QA in an Agile team., * Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React or Angular

 * Build RESTful APIs and microservices that are secure, scalable, and well-tested
 * Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end components and integrate them with backend services
 * Write efficient SQL and work with relational and NoSQL databases
 * Write unit and integration tests; take part in code reviews and follow engineering best practices
 * Work with CI/CD pipelines and support deployments and production issues
 * Collaborate with BAs, product owners, and other developers to turn requirements into working features
