## About the Role

Must Have Experience

 * 7+ years of Database Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering experience
 * Strong Azure cloud architecture and engineering background
 * Deep Database Engineering experience with MongoDB, Redis, and distributed database platforms
 * Terraform and Ansible automation expertise
 * Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and platform deployments
 * Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Platform Engineering principles
 * Designing highly available, scalable, resilient database platforms
 * Kubernetes and containerized platform deployments
 * Performance tuning, database optimization, sharding, replication, disaster recovery, and backup/recovery strategies
 * Hybrid cloud and multi-cloud architecture experience
 * API-first and automation-driven platform development, * Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience
 * GraphRAG, AI/ML, or knowledge graph exposure
 * Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus
 * Platform Engineering or Internal Developer Platform leadership experience
 * Data governance and enterprise data architecture knowledge
