## About the Role

* 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise applications.
 * Strong experience with React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, REST APIs, and Microservices.
 * Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
 * Experience in UI/UX Engineering, Digital Experience, or Front-End Architecture with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale applications a plus
 * Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
 * Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, containerization, and automated testing.
 * Experience within Banking, Payments, Digital Channels, Customer Onboarding, CIAM, or Financial Services.
 * Understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, accessibility, and regulatory compliance requirements.
 * Preferred Qualifications
 * Experience developing customer-facing digital platforms and modern web applications.
 * Experience with design systems, reusable UI components, and responsive design.
 * Understanding digital banking ecosystems, payment solutions, and identity management platforms.
 * AI & Emerging Technology
 * Experience with Azure OpenAI, GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
 * Knowledge of AI Copilots, Conversational AI, Intelligent Search, RAG, Semantic Search, and Prompt Engineering.

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer AVP to design, develop, and implement secure, scalable, and AI-enabled digital solutions across customer, employee, and partner-facing platforms. This role will focus on modern application development, cloud technologies, digital experiences, and AI-powered solutions within a highly regulated financial services environment., * Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications and digital platforms.

 * Build modern user experiences using React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
 * Develop APIs, microservices, and full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js.
 * Modernize legacy applications into cloud-native, API-first solutions.
 * Design and implement solutions using Azure/AWS, Kubernetes, containers, and event-driven architecture.
 * Develop and integrate relational and NoSQL databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis.
 * Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and secure coding practices.
 * Ensure solutions meet security, accessibility, privacy, risk, and regulatory requirements.
 * Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, Risk, and Business teams to deliver technology solutions.
