You'll use AI to design, build, modernize, and operate reliable, scalable full-stack applications on the Microsoft stack - C#/.NET on the backend and TypeScript/React on the front end - creating high-quality software faster. As a senior engineer, you'll own complex projects end-to-end, raise the engineering bar across the team, and mentor others in both strong fundamentals and the effective use of AI in software development., * Design, develop, and maintain applications across the Microsoft stack - C#/.NET on the backend and TypeScript/React on the front end. * Integrate applications with enterprise and external systems (e.g., Oracle, MuleSoft) through well-designed RESTful APIs. * Direct AI coding agents to implement, test, and refactor features, while owning the design decisions and the quality of what ships. * Build and maintain the team's AI-native tooling: custom instructions, prompt files, custom agents, and Agent Skills. * Apply context engineering and multi-agent workflows to assemble the right context and guardrails for reliable, production-ready code. * Review AI-generated and human-written code for correctness, security, performance, and architectural integrity. * Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, and deploy to Microsoft Azure (App Service, Entra ID, Key Vault, Application Insights). * Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of web applications across the stack. * Participate in and lead code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers. * Mentor engineers in both software fundamentals and AI-native practices, and keep up with new tools and practices.
