Roles & Responsibilities:

 1. Design and Development:

 * Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

 2. User Research:
 * Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

 * Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

 3. Collaboration:
 * Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
