## About the Role

## Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead the design, development, and execution of custom engineered products. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines mechanical design, project management, customer interaction, and technical mentorship.

Responsibilities

 * Design and develop company products using SolidWorks and other engineering software
 * Create detailed engineering drawings for customer proposals and manufacturing
 * Generate bills of material (BOMs) and routings to support estimating and production
 * Develop owner manuals, testing procedures, and engineering documentation
 * Perform engineering calculations and equipment sizing
 * Provide technical support throughout fabrication, assembly, and production
 * Support field installations and troubleshoot product-related issues as needed
 * Serve as Lead Engineer on assigned projects, acting as the primary technical contact for customers and vendors
 * Manage project schedules, quality objectives, and budgets
 * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and design team members
 * Guide cross-functional teams through product development and project execution activities
