## About the Role

* Twelve or more years of software engineering experience, including at least two years designing and delivering complex systems as an architect and two years leading technical teams.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
 * Demonstrated proficiency in one or more of the following: backend distributed systems, mobile application development, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript web platforms.
 * Hands-on experience with emergent AI coding practices using LLM-based coding tools to accelerate design and implementation.
 * Prior experience in native application architecture and deployment in a major cloud environment - Azure, AWS, or GCP.
 * Deep familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (unit, integration, and performance), and DevOps practices.
 * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
