## About the Role

## Description

We're looking for a skilled web design/graphic designer. This individual will be required to work with the in-house print production and graphic design team to assist with various print, marketing, promo projects, including typesetting, graphic design, and web design.

With the assistance from our field support representative, you will be fully trained on various channels we utilize to market and grow our business, as well as using our proprietary pricing and job management software., · Work with our in-house print production team to facilitate various in-house print projects and other orders sent through central facility vendors.

 * Communicate with clients and leads via email and over the phone, facilitating proofs, quotes, and invoices.
 * Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services.
 * Letting clients know about additional products or services.
 * Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's questions.
 * Escalating queries and concerns to the owner of the business.
