Responsibilities As a Lead Software Engineer you will be working with leadership to conceptualize our next generation product, leading a development team to design and build it, contributing to the technical architecture of our enterprise data platform (including improvements to our cloud infrastructure and DevOps), leading the analysis and resolution of production issues, and helping continually improve our processes. On any given day you may: Lead by example doing hands-on platform development Mentor team members to level up our overall skill set Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback Dig into system issues to understand and fix the cause, not the symptom Design and implement changes in our development pipeline and cloud infrastructure Investigate and propose new ideas, frameworks, technologies, or processes
