## About the Role

* hast idealerweise ein Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Elektrotechnik/Energietechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder BWL mit IT-Schwerpunkt abgeschlossen - alternativ eine Ausbildung z. B. als Fachinformatiker, Kaufmann für IT-Systemmanagement, Elektroniker oder eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Meister im IT- oder Elektrotechnikbereich.
 * bringst mehrjährige Projekterfahrung in Softwareprojekten mit - idealerweise bei Softwareeinführungen oder Systemimplementierungen.
 * hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement - sowohl operativ als auch inhaltlich; eine Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z. B. PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA) ist ein Plus.
 * bist ein Organisationstalent und behältst auch bei komplexen Projekten den Überblick.
 * verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und arbeitest strukturiert sowie eigenständig.
 * kommunizierst sicher mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und moderierst Meetings souverän.
 * bringst idealerweise ein technisches Grundverständnis für Stromnetze und deren Komponenten mit.

## Description

* steuerst Anforderungen im Projekt: du koordinierst das Anforderungsmanagement, stimmst Inhalte mit Stakeholdern ab, dokumentierst Ergebnisse und begleitest die Implementierung.
 * arbeitest eng mit Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen zusammen - von der Bereichsleitung bis zur operativen Umsetzung.
 * erstellst zielgruppenspezifische Präsentationen, Projektpläne und Entscheidungsunterlagen.
 * führst Risikoanalysen durch und entwickelst Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung.
 * steuerst Implementierungen und stellst sicher, dass Projektziele termingerecht erreicht werden.
 * verantwortest Projekt- und Meilensteinplanung sowie die Projektorganisation.
 * leitest Meetings, Workshops und Abstimmungen und sorgst für eine transparente Kommunikation im Projekt.
