## About the Role

* Current senior or recent graduate between May 2026 and May 2027.
 * Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field
 * Hands-on experience in Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, Data Analysis, or Project Management within a technology organization
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio)
 * Experience with Agile Project Management and Scrum methodologies
 * Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
 * Experience writing functional and technical documentation
 * Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI
 * Experience working within software development teams
 * Knowledge of SQL, Python, PowerBI, Data Analytics, Cloud Infrastructure, or SAP/ERP systems
 * Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
 * Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions to learn and grow.
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to engage in real business discussions.
 * Positive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Upon program completion, the Company will decide whether to offer high-performing RCGs a regular full-time position within similar roles under these verticals, based on factors such as job performance and business needs. It is important to note that placement in the Company post-program is not guaranteed.

## Description

The Technology track is a one-year, developmental program for entry level candidates that prepares participants for careers in core business operations. The start date for the program will be June 2027., * Translate business requirements into technical design documentation and implementation processes

 * Facilitate project execution and coordination between business and development teams
 * Create technical documentation including process flows, specifications, and development tasks
 * Implement and support software development lifecycle across all project phases
 * Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
 * Develop project management capabilities including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
 * Present complex technical information clearly to stakeholders
 * Contribute to positive team environment and culture in fast-paced setting
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on technical initiatives
