## Description

Directs the optimization of core business operations by leading teams and improving business-driven processes, while overseeing programs and coordinating operational activities such as workforce planning, performance routines, or supplier management to support efficient delivery and alignment with business objectives. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to execute tactical goals and drive continuous improvement., Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.  1. Directs the execution of tactical and operational activities to ensure efficiency, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
 2. Manages supplier relationships, including cost management and performance evaluation.
 3. Identifies, designs, and implements process and technology improvements to enhance operational workflows.
 4. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align business operations with technology strategies and organizational goals.
 5. Monitors, analyses, and reports on performance metrics to drive continuous operational improvements.
 6. Supports the development and executes on operational technology strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.
 7. Identifies opportunities for integration of innovative solutions to improve business outcomes and operational effectiveness.
 8. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
 9. Provides leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members and/or lower-level managers.
 10. Communicates operational status, risks, and strategic improvement plans to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
