## About the Role

* BA/BS or equivalent experience and 6+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 4+ years or prior relevant experience; additional education, experience or training will be considered in lieu of degree. \n
 * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams in a defense development environment.\n
 * Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, resolve execution issues, and work independently with limited supervision.\n
 * Familiarity with program schedules, budgets, risk management, and technical deliverables.\n
 * Experience working with geographically distributed program teams.\n
 * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence teams without direct supervisory authority.\n
 * Must be a US Citizen, possess and maintain an active Secret clearance \n
 * Must be a resident of Huntsville, AL or willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area.\n

## Description

* Serve as the primary on-site program execution representative in Huntsville, coordinating daily activities with the Program Manager.\n
 * Coordinate engineering, software, integration, test, and other functional teams to ensure program activities remain aligned with technical, cost, and schedule objectives.\n
 * Monitor day-to-day program execution, identify emerging issues and risks, and work with program leadership and functional managers to develop and implement corrective actions.\n
 * Facilitate communication and coordination between the Huntsville execution team, program leadership, and other program stakeholders.\n
 * Track program priorities, action items, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion.\n
 * Support the Program Manager in managing program cost, schedule, technical performance, and contractual requirements.\n
 * Represent program leadership in local meetings and activities, making decisions within delegated authority and elevating issues as appropriate.\n
 * Provide regular program status updates, including accomplishments, challenges, risks, and upcoming priorities.\n
