This role supports IT asset management operations and related technology processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow, HAM Pro, and asset management practices, along with a strong desire to learn, grow, and excel in the Asset Management discipline. Because the role handles IT assets, storage media, and associated records, the Analyst must understand the importance of data security, confidentiality, and proper chain-of-custody practices. Training will be provided for the right candidate., Support asset management activities and related processes. Monitor and manage assigned ticket queues, ensuring timely processing and resolution. Utilize ServiceNow and HAM Pro to manage, track, and maintain asset records. Update asset records as required, including transportation and inventory status changes. Coordinate hard drive decommissioning activities and maintain all required documentation and audit records. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Assist with asset audits and inventory reconciliation efforts. Ensure compliance with data security, asset management, and information governance policies. Maintain proper chain-of-custody and security controls for IT assets, storage media, and hard drives throughout their lifecycle. Safeguard sensitive asset and inventory information by adhering to established security and confidentiality requirements. Support audits and compliance activities related to asset management and data security. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals. Assist with process improvements and continuous quality initiatives. Help move shipments to and from the receiving dock as needed to support team operations.
