## About the Role

* 1+ years of technical experience in data reporting
 * 1+ years of experience in SQL, and/or SAS
 * 1+ years of experience in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
 * Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools
 * In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs.
 * Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

Preferred:

 * Degree in quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
 * Experience with QlikView and Tableau
 * Prior experience working in a system analytics and/or data warehousing environment.

## Description

The MP Brokerage organization is looking for a fully remote Data and Reporting Professional. Reporting to the Associate Director, Data and Reporting. You will create ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. You will work assignments that are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

As a Data and Reporting Professional 2 you will:

 * Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.
 * Program and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources.
 * May create specifications for reports based on business requests.
 * Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating goals, including their linkages to related areas.
 * Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and require minimal direction and receive guidance where needed.
 * Follow established guidelines/procedures.
