 * Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
 * Assist with Azure cloud migration initiatives and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
 * Manage endpoint technologies including Intune and security platforms
 * Support LAN/WAN networking, VLANs, routing, switching, and connectivity troubleshooting
 * Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for infrastructure and application issues
 * Support Ubiquiti/UniFi network infrastructure
 * Assist with Zscaler administration and security initiatives
 * Create and maintain technical documentation
 * Participate in infrastructure modernization and scalability projects
 * Serve as an escalation point for complex support issues
