## Description

* Manage and maintain data related to more than 2,000 pieces of driver equipment
 * Monitor and review data from driver safety and telematics systems
 * Support driver coaching efforts through verbal and online communication to encourage safe driving behaviors
 * Accurately document coaching conversations and follow-up activities
 * Analyze and validate equipment feedback data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
 * Enter, maintain, and update information in company databases and reporting systems
 * Perform routine data audits and backups to support data accuracy and integrity
 * Collaborate with operations, safety, and transportation teams to support fleet performance initiatives
 * Perform other duties as assigned
